UFE E-Learning: Courses

This is a beginner course in Egyptian Arabic slang. The course will introduce you to listening, speaking, and reading skills necessary for basic everyday communication with Egyptians by using English as the language of explanation and instruction.

General Objectives:

1. Complete A1 novice level for non-native speakers of Arabic
2. Place the learner in the context of the native speaker to acquire the native sense
3. Be able to speak about yourself and your daily life

Teaching and Learning Methods;

1. The teaching and learning are web-based
2. A PDF reading file is attached to complement the audio texts
3. The English lecturer at Le CERCLE will be consulted for guidance
4. Professors can make use of it either on campus or as home assignments

Assessment and Evaluation:
There will also be web quizzes and external links to test your development. Other means of evaluation will be used in case of collaboration with the professor.
